I Have not used their service as they do not offer regular cleaning services in Leeds City center. But it looks like they do offer one-off cleaning in the city. I will update the review once I get a chance to use their services.However The team did respond quickly and professionally to my enquiry online.

Never having used a domestic cleaning service before,I contacted Clean Leeds because I wanted a local reliable Company.They responded quickly and i was impressed by the professional assessment visit carried out by Julie.All my queries were answered and i felt comfortable to ask them to do an initial deep-clean, followed by regular fortnightly cleaning.What a Life changer!The initial deep-clean made me love my home again and now.I have regular cleaning carried out by the same cleaners every time,so they know my home and how I like things done.Highly recommend!

A tight professional team who have looked after us and my parents in Leeds for years. We've always been impressed with the high standards and had all our specific requirements met even as the team members have changed throughout the years. Lovely to come home to a sparkly, fresh house.They also did a stellar job of removing a red wine stain from our white rug last Christmas that we were certain would never be the same again. Like magic, it looks brand new!

Cleaners were nearly always on time and the general cleaning quality was acceptable (nothing to scream about, but ok) although sometimes they left early but were paid in full. Unfortunately all of this came at a very unreasonable price: 3 hours 97.50£, and when they said they would increase the price to 117 I just said enough and stopped the service. The owner would reply to emails sometimes with delays and sometimes I had to insist to have explanations, in general I don't think their service justifies the bill.

We had the pleasure of their services for a few years. Exceptional thorough service. We moved and have a cleaner. And realise just how good the Jewel cleaners are. Wish they could have come with us. I think they are worth every penny and think they could easily charge more for the excellent service. Miss them hugely. Sue

Julie and her team have done a great job cleaning/looking after our company flat in Leeds. They are thorough and flexible, and we have been very impressed with their service over the last 18 months.Would recommend.

Used Jewel to do a deep clean in a house that sorely needed it. Julie came along personally to discuss what needed doing, was very professional and explained exactly what they would do and how long it would take. Her team did a great job and even a few extras things that cropped up during the cleaning. They are certainly not cheap compared to other cleaning companies, but are dependable and do a great job, so are worth it.We are considering using them now on a regular basis for once monthly cleaning.Its nice to work with a reliable company that does exactly what it promises.

Asked Jewel to deep clean my late mum's flat in Alwoodley, Leeds, and was very impressed. They did a good job for a very reasonable price, the organisation was spot on, and the whole operation including the invoicing was completed smoothly and quickly. Would certainly use them again.

The Jewel Team are brilliant - friendly, professional, and efficient. There’s nothing better than coming home to a clean house after they’ve been. The team also operate really safely during Covid (hands, face, space) and have clear guidance in place to keep everyone safe. Massive thanks to the whole Jewel team, I highly recommend them.

The team are always responsive when we speak to them and answer any questions, they always accommodate any requests and have been very good during Covid-19. They do a good job, tailoring the time needed as they get to know your house and would recommend.

I have to say the guys at Jewel are superb. At the moment we can only afford one visit a month, so the amount they get through in the time is brilliant. We're not the best at keeping things clean so we are incredibly grateful when they've been! The team are always friendly and the clean is always consistent. The service is extremely professional and they're great with animals too, I couldn't recommend them more highly. 🙌🏻

I’ve been using Jewel for over a year now and consider the standard of cleaning to be of a consistently high standard compared to other cleaners I have used in the past. Clear and regular communication throughout COVID and very reliable.

Excellent clean of bathroom. Friendly service and professional.Called an hour early and then came back at scheduled time. Would advise in principle to try best to inform customer of any changes as customer might not be in at that time.Didn't bother me too much in the end though.Very happy with the clean.Thank you very much

Julie and her team are absolutely fantastic and if you are wanting a reliable, efficient and great service, I would highly recommend getting in touch. After having unreliable and dissatisfying previous services, it was refreshing to have a consultation with Julie to find out exactly what I wanted and then to see it actioned well. Worth the money - my flat has never looked cleaner.

If you are looking for high quality & reliable cleaning then THIS IS THE PLACE.Julie, the owner of the company, came to my flat personally to assess the place and discuss the cleaning needs with me. She is very professional while also being very personable. They are very accommodating and flexible in terms of specifics of the clean, and similarly accommodating when it came to logistics such as timings and parking etc.After just my first clean the place was transformed and was spotless. Julie and her cleaners really do the serious cleaning work like removing scaling in bathrooms and cleaning extractor fans to such a high standard. They are a very professional setup, providing all their own (eco-friendly!) products and equipment, and are efficient with their time. The biggest pro for me is that they are a genuine independently run business, and not a large faceless company or a franchise, this means that you get a much greater level of customer service and accommodation, as well as the cleaners being picked directly by the company owner - so you know they're great! There may be cheaper services out there, but there certainly won't be better ones 🙂

I have used Jewel for a fortnightly clean of my flat for the last 12 months. It is an excellent company. They are speedy and very thorough. They use eco-friendly products. I am able to point out any specific areas that I would like them to focus on each time. The staff are professional and friendly. Security is taken very seriously and the company is trustworthy. Over the years I have used a number of other domestic cleaning companies - Jewel is by far the best.I recommend Jewel most highly.

Jewel offers a fantastic service at a reasonable price. The team that come are polite and professional, and do a far better job than we could do ourselves. Julie is easy to work with, and responsive to our emails so it's easy to get cleans booked in. They also have a structured and safe key system so we didn't need to worry about who had access to our house. I would highly recommend Jewel for regular or one off cleans.

We've been using Jewel Cleaning now for well over a year and are always impressed by the way our house is cleaned to such a high standard especially with the level of mess two kids can make. The staff are always polite and friendly and are always happy to work around me if I'm working from home. The additional services (carpet cleaning etc) are really useful and we've used these on a number of occasion and have always been impressed. Would be happy to recommend Jewel Cleaning to anyone 🙂
